In the event of refusal to show a document in a way that allows check-in, the Receptionist is required to refuse to issue the room key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To confirm the reservation, the Guest provides their name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address. Receiving and accepting the reservation confirmation is necessary and is tantamount to concluding an agreement with the Hotel for the provision of hotel services. The concluded hotel service agreement is the basis for processing the Guest&#039;s data to the extent necessary to defend and pursue any claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The required data necessary to conclude an agreement with the Hotel are: name and surname, address and identity document number of the Guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting your stay at Villa Park Wise\u0142ka is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of the Property Regulations and the attached Information on personal data for Guests of Villa Park Wise\u0142ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guest rooms at Villa Park Wise\u0142ka are rented on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stay starts at: <strong>16:00<\/strong> on the day of arrival and ends at <strong>11:00<\/strong> on the day of departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a72<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the Reception by 2:00 p.m. <strong>9:00<\/strong> on the day on which the check-out deadline expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka will accommodate the wish to extend the stay to the extent possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to report an extension of stay and leaving items in the room after 2:00 p.m. <strong>11:00<\/strong>, is treated as an automatic extension of the stay by another day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If it is not possible to extend the stay or if Villa Park Wise\u0142ka does not have any vacancies in the circumstances described above, the Guest&#039;s belongings will be deposited in the presence of a commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a73<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests have the right to file a complaint if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided. The complaint should be filed at the Reception immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of the services provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka is obliged to respond immediately to any comments and reservations regarding the level of service, the functioning of the hotel facilities and the cleanliness and order in the hotel by taking steps to immediately remove any faults and deficiencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a74<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest may not make the room or keys available to third parties, even if the period for which he or she paid for the stay has not expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>grossly violated the guest room regulations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>caused damage to the property of Villa Park Wise\u0142ka or other Guests,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>caused harm to an employee or insulted him,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>caused damage to a person staying at Villa Park Wise\u0142ka or insulted that person, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of Villa Park Wise\u0142ka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka has the right to ask a Guest to leave if they commit the above-mentioned violations (without the right to refund the service fees). It may also seek compensation from the Guest on general terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the hotel room as guests from <strong>7:00<\/strong> up to an hour <strong>22:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a75<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka is obliged to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>conditions for the Guest&#039;s full and unrestricted relaxation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security of stay, including security of maintaining information about the Guest,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>professional and courteous service in all services provided at Villa Park Wise\u0142ka,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changing towels and carrying out necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest&#039;s absence, and in his presence only if he expresses such a request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of faults that cannot be repaired, Villa Park Wise\u0142ka will make every effort to change the room, if possible, or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For stays longer than <strong>5 nights<\/strong>, the possibility of changing bed linen and towels and cleaning the room, please report it to the Reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a76<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka is not liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by persons using its services, to the extent specified in the regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valuable items should be deposited in the safe located in each room or at the reception desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guest should notify the Reception about the occurrence of damage immediately after it is discovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The parking lot at Villa Park Wise\u0142ka is not part of the services and is unguarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the room equipment and keep it intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault, the fault of persons visiting him or the persons staying with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka reserves the right to charge the Guest&#039;s credit card for any damages after his\/her departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the premises of Villa Park Wise\u0142ka <strong>total smoking ban<\/strong> outside designated areas. For violating the smoking ban, the Guest will be charged a fine of <strong>500 PLN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fee for additional cleaning of the room due to unusual dirtiness is: <strong>200 PLN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a77<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables, money, securities or items of scientific or artistic value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa Park Wise\u0142ka is not responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle \u2013 due to the lack of a guarded car park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u00a78<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The facility is covered <strong>video monitoring<\/strong> in public areas. Monitoring records are kept by <strong>3 days<\/strong>, and then permanently deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The administrator of personal data obtained through monitoring is <strong>Izabella Eeg Villa Park Wise\u0142ka, ul.
